Interior Painting for Luxury Condominium

Project Overview

This project involved the complete interior painting and restoration of a luxury condominium, including the main living space, kitchen, four bathrooms, hallway, and three bedrooms.

All woodwork and doors were meticulously finished using Fine Paints of Europe oil-based finishes, combining hand-brushed and fine spray applications to achieve a flawless, furniture-grade result. Custom built-ins were completed with a fine-tip spray finish, while select ceilings received specialty metallic finishes to add depth and elegance.

The existing trim and doors showed heavy brush and roller texture from previous coatings. Each surface was carefully restored through detailed sanding using profile sanders to fully eliminate imperfections. Once properly prepared, all trim and doors were refinished with Fine Paints of Europe to deliver a smooth, refined appearance.

The primary bedroom was a standout feature, finished with Fine Paints of Europe Brilliant on both walls and trim, creating a rich, luminous finish and a dramatic transformation throughout the space.
